KiiT DU organized the 3rd edition of KoloKwi – A Global Deliberation Initiative on 15th January, 2021.

The theme of the session was “HR Resolution For New Year 2021”

By creating same onboarding, training process, learning techniques like LinkedIn learning for gig workforce we can align them with the prevailing cultural pillars. Q4) Employee development becoming a part of own choice.

Companies are implementing 70:20:10 principle where 70% learning happens on the job, 20% happens by mentoring and 10% is classroom teaching. The on job learning is quite famous one as people tend to like to. “Most of the development happen on the job, building technical platforms, providing people with virtual assignments, role of managers in proving learning experience while working. 4 scale evaluators for managers which include performance, development, engagement, trust are working good for employees.
