He was the President and Chief People Officer of PI Industries in his last assignment before he founded his own firm CP HR Advisory. Mr. Pati’s international footprint spans the USA, Europe, Africa, Middle, and Far East Asia, enriching his expertise in organization transformation, people analytics, leadership development, and employee engagement. His prowess extends to overseeing projects worth a staggering 30 Billion USD for Reliance Industries Limited. Mr. Mohanty has worked with Pharma, IT, Telecom & Manufacturing industries in HR and strategy-related functions like Business Partnering, Organisation Development, Talent Strategy, M&A, Performance Management, and Compensation having 12 years of experience in people management roles in Indian and Global Organisation. He has Co-founded digital talent consulting organizations in the field of OD & TM and coached senior leaders across different companies for different organizational purposes.
Kumar Mohanty
Mr. Kumar Mohanty holds a B.Tech degree and a PGDM from Xavier Institute Of Management, Bhubaneswar. With more than 2 decades of experience in the area of Marketing & Sales across renowned brands like Nicco, Jenson and Nicholson, Finolex Cables, and IMS, he later joined KIIT as a Professor in Marketing and Director – Corporate Relations. He has been actively involved in collaborating with the industry in co-creating courses, industry-based research labs, training and creating a corporate hub, and promoting startups.

Brief Introduction – I have more than 25 years of Sales and Marketing experience. My role has been majorly in sales, marketing and growth initiatives which has led to elevating new clients and deepen engagements with existing client community.
