Position Summary:
Senior Recruitment Consultant is responsible for managing, maintaining and building relationships with our esteemed clients, key accounts and ensures execution of Search mandates within the industry vertical in the global market. He/ She will do extensive market research and gain industry insight to establish organization as industry leader within HR, Career development, Search and Selection industry. Person should have the ability to work as an individual contributor and emerge as a leader.

Key Deliverables:

Responsible for Process Management of Search – Business Development, Head Hunting, Selection

Responsible for Candidate Relationship Management

Ensures Customer delights and promote employer brand

Listens to the client and understand their precise demands in terms of candidate skill set

Implements search using internal database and external internet processes
-
Conducts candidate interviews at application or registry stage
-
Works with internal teams to ensure paperwork, administration and invoicing are handled correctly

Actively searches for new candidates

Actively seeks to grow executive search company business by partnering new clients

Hits sales targets in terms of fulfilled business (revenue)

Ensures Upselling happen

Ensures Profitability in P&L.

Ability to pre-plan an effective mechanism for candidate and placement search

Ability to manipulate internal database to deliver effective search results

Excellent interview technique

Has a team-orientated approach for smooth workflow management

Strong negotiation skills, to be used with both candidate and client

Delivery of Mandates and achieving individual as well as team targets

Develops sourcing strategies, conduct market mapping, and build talent pools and a candidate pipeline for current and future recruitment needs whilst providing specialist insight to clients

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
