He has worked with companies like Coca-Cola India, Tata Tele -Services (M) Ltd., Essar Group, Reliance Industries Ltd., Tata Motors, Bharti Tele Ventures Ltd., Reliance Communications to name a few. He was the President and Chief People Officer of PI Industries in his last assignment before he founded his own firm CP HR Advisory. Mr. Pati’s international footprint spans the USA, Europe, Africa, Middle, and Far East Asia, enriching his expertise in organization transformation, people analytics, leadership development, and employee engagement. His prowess extends to overseeing projects worth a staggering 30 Billion USD for Reliance Industries Limited. These endeavors include dynamic facets such as manpower planning, crafting project-specific HR policies, orchestrating large-scale talent acquisition, HR information system implementation, ensuring statutory compliances, and managing contract worker systems.
Bhabani Mohanty
Mr. Mohanty has worked with Pharma, IT, Telecom & Manufacturing industries in HR and strategy-related functions like Business Partnering, Organisation Development, Talent Strategy, M&A, Performance Management, and Compensation having 12 years of experience in people management roles in Indian and Global Organisation. He has Co-founded digital talent consulting organizations in the field of OD & TM and coached senior leaders across different companies for different organizational purposes.
Kumar Mohanty
Mr. Kumar Mohanty holds a B.Tech degree and a PGDM from Xavier Institute Of Management, Bhubaneswar. With more than 2 decades of experience in the area of Marketing & Sales across renowned brands like Nicco, Jenson and Nicholson, Finolex Cables, and IMS, he later joined KIIT as a Professor in Marketing and Director – Corporate Relations. He has been actively involved in collaborating with the industry in co-creating courses, industry-based research labs, training and creating a corporate hub, and promoting startups.
Pradeep S Nambiar
After earning his degree, Pradeep set out working in sales with Citibank building a solid foundation with an international brand. From there he moved to Forte Lubricants to help them tap into revenue opportunities and create plans for their future growth. With the passion to do something different, Pradeep took up the challenging role of working in the Adventure Sports division of Lavasa Corporation with the key objective of revenue generation in a short span. With an experience of three decades in Sales and Marketing, Pradeep has spearheaded many success stories in sales, marketing, and growth initiatives leading to elevating new clients and deepening engagements with the existing client community. Since he has worked with several companies that have been on a fast growth track, Pradeep knows how to develop sustainable plans to continue growth in the long term. He is dedicated to helping Kontempore grow the right way using key partnerships and creative opportunities to forge ahead.
Priyanka Khatoi
Ms. Priyanka Thatoi is a new-generation HR professional who worked in the corporate world for 15 years. A 12-year stint at Novartis & then has headed Learning Design & Research at Brane Enterprises. In her earlier avatar at Novartis, she is known to create a talent acceleration system where she could scale up a mere 800-year organization to 4000 numbers. Some of the innovative practices in Novartis include a Leadership acceleration initiative with ISB, and Bio camps with multiple A-rated campuses with IITs, IIMs & ISI to build a research & pipeline-based talent discovery process. As an HR professional, she has contributed immensely by creating a unique framework around Buy, Build & Borrow Talent Design.Currently, she is working as the Principal Consultant at Kontempore Leadership Team.

Debraj has more than 24 years of professional experience, out of which 10 years has been majorly in Sales, Operations, and Business Development through channel sales and distribution networks across various portfolios and sectors ranging from FMCD, Consumer Electronics, and Retail. Last 12 years he has been in the Education industry as an Industry Engagements professional and Executive Search.
